    Cindy gave me a great bob haircut! Also, please, DO NOT SLOUCH WHILE GETTING HAIRCUTS Should be a basic knowledge, but I was slouching and my haircut looked uneven when I stood up. Cindy was very kind and a professional to quickly fix it. She was very polite and friendly. I was able to set up appointment on the same day, so win is a win

    I messaged Serenity Hair Salon late last night and got a very quick response back within 5-10 minutes. I messaged them requesting a dye, cut, and extension service. I went to the salon the next day early morning and the salon was very clean, professional, and everyone there was very friendly. My hairdresser was Cindy and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. She gave me water and while I was waiting another worker gave me a snack. They were upfront about the price from the beginning, and Cindy walked me through every step she did along the way. She did an amazing job, it was my first time ever getting extensions and first time going to this salon. However, definitely not my last! Cindy made me feel so confident and beautiful again, definitely found my new spot.
